Sandra North 

Sandra joined the team in 2015 and is now co-owner.  Her background spans over 29 years in management, export and logistics. With experience in shipping meat, hay, fresh produce, native flowers, seafood, dairy and wine just some of her areas of expertise over this period.

Sandra was the first female to be invited to join the Board of the SA Exporters Association in 1999 which, coupled with an accounting background and time with brands like the Hines Group and Yalumba Wine Company, means she is well placed to manage the forward motion of Momentum Food and Wine.

With 3 sons ranging in age from 13 to 21 years old it is also fair to say that Sandra greatly enjoys a Momentum Wine at the end of the day to unwind. Sparkling though, is her tipple of choice - which says much to the warm, fun, energetic approach she has to every day.

Stephanie Rashleigh 

Stephanie Rashleigh is our resident Chinese market specialist, having been born in the most famous wine city in China, Yantai.  She has a lovely hands-on approach to all things Momentum, broad export knowledge and will always endeavour to find answers to any client queries.

Stephanie finished her Bachelor Degree of International Trade in China before coming to Australia in 2001, where she then went on to obtain her MBA and Master of Business in E-business.  It was not long after that that she joined the wine export industry in Australia and thereafter met an Adelaidian - whom she subsequently married.  Today they have a 5 year old son, Lloyd, who keeps them on their toes, leading to extra enjoyment of her downtime activities - a big glass of red at the end of the day and pouring over her expansive and much loved shoe collection. (50 pairs and counting!)

Heather Henderson

Heather is our Financial Controller at Momentum Food and Wine.  Having worked full time all her working life, Heather has vast experience in the financial administraion of professional firms.  She loves interacting with her clients and servicing a broad range of business needs and cultures. Internal business culture is of real importance to her and Momentum ensures she works in a lovely team with a fascinating international focus.  

With 3 sons and 1 baby granddaughter, you'd think Heather was due to move towards part time work, but in her own words - she is not well suited to 'slowing down'.  For a little work life balance, however, she now spends one day each week working from home.  She adores walking her border collie and enjoys a glass of well..., any delicious South Australian wine to unwind at the end of a busy day.

Marg Cairns

Marg has been with the company since its inception in 2004 – she has held many roles throughout the years but managing the finances has been her no 1 priority.

Marg is always available when there is a tasting of Sauvignon Blanc!

Mel Parish

Mel only recently joined the Momentum team, but comes with 25 years experience in Export Logistics.  She has worked in the wine sector, meat industry and export seed - always managing any logistcal or documentation problem with a smile.   Busy at home with 2 sporty teenage children, Mel likes to relax with a glass of ice cold beer and normally not just one!
